About Etimad Software
Etimad Software was founded in Kabul in 2016 with a simple observation: Afghan businesses were being asked to choose between expensive foreign software that didn't fit their reality, or no software at all.
We chose a third path — building professional, reliable systems here, in the same city as our customers, in their languages, for their workflows, at prices that make sense. Nine years later, our software runs hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, exchange offices, learning centers, and tailoring houses across the country.
Etimad (اعتماد) means trust. Every line of code we ship, every support call we answer, and every backup that completes at 2 AM exists to earn it.
An Afghanistan where every business — from a village pharmacy to a national hospital group — runs on reliable, affordable, locally supported software.
Build world-class management systems designed for Afghan realities, and stand behind every installation with support that never disappears.
Hospitals and clinics, medical laboratories, pharmacies, money exchangers, education centers, tailoring shops, trading companies, and NGOs — plus any organization that needs custom software done right.

Values
Our name is our promise. Customers trust us with the data that runs their businesses — we protect it like our own.
We design for the Afghanistan that exists: unstable internet, power cuts, multilingual teams, modest hardware.
Software without support is abandoned software. We answer the phone, visit in person, and stay for years.
Reception staff learn our systems in a day. Complexity is our problem to hide, not our customers' problem to learn.
