Etimad Saraf follows the real daily workflow of an Afghan saraf. Customers have one running ledger per currency, so deposits, exchanges, hawala and credit all fall into place automatically. Hawala transfers move through pending, completed, cancelled or returned with secret code and PIN; partner sarafs have their own we-owe / they-owe ledgers. Every transaction is atomic and nothing financial is ever deleted — exchanges are reversed, not erased.
