These terms govern your use of this website and the demo software available on it, operated by Etimad Software Development Company. By using the website or downloading our software, you agree to these terms. Individual product licenses and service contracts are governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence.
Demo versions are provided free of charge for evaluation only. Demos are time-limited (typically 30 days), may include sample data, and must not be used to run live business operations.
You may install demos on your own computers and share unmodified installers. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or remove license mechanisms from any Etimad software.
Production use of any Etimad product requires a license purchased from us. Unless your agreement states otherwise, licenses are perpetual for the purchased version, per business location, and include the support period defined at purchase.
Your business data always belongs to you. On request, we will export your data in a standard, machine-readable format.
The content, design, and code of this website are the property of Etimad Software. Product names, screenshots, statistics, and testimonials are provided for information; specifications may change between versions.
You may link to any page of this website. You may not copy substantial parts of the website content for commercial use without permission.
Demo software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. For licensed software, our warranty and support obligations are defined in your license agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Etimad Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or demo software. Our total liability related to licensed software is limited as set out in your agreement.
