Full deployment of Etimad HMS across reception, 8 OPD clinics, IPD wards, pharmacy, and laboratory. Migrated 60,000+ paper patient records into the system and trained 45 staff members over three weeks.

Etimad Saraf deployment for one of the busiest exchange offices in Sarai Shahzada: multi-currency ledger with 9 currencies, hawala network with 40+ partners, and daily position closing in minutes.

Etimad Learning Center implementation managing 1,800 active students across two branches: enrollment, installment fees with SMS reminders, attendance, exams, and QR-verified certificates.
