Data entered into Etimad products (patient records, transactions, student records, and so on) is stored on your own computers and belongs entirely to you. We can only access it when you explicitly grant remote access for support.

If you enable optional cloud backups, your database is encrypted before it leaves your premises and can only be decrypted with your key.

6. Data retention and your rights

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to serve you and are deleted on request. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you — just email us.
