Enrolling Students and Setting Up Installment Plans

From Students → New Enrollment, select or register the student, choose the course and class time, and the standard fee loads automatically. Apply any scholarship or discount with a reason — discounts are reported to management.

Choose full payment or installments. For installments, set the count and dates — the plan prints on the enrollment receipt so the family agrees to it in writing from day one.

Three days before each due date, the system sends an SMS reminder (if the SMS module is enabled) and adds the student to reception's due list. Overdue installments escalate on the dashboard until resolved.
