Registration and payment
Register the patient and select the ordered tests. The invoice calculates automatically with any referral discount. Print the receipt and the barcode labels in one step.
Sampling with barcodes
Stick the barcode label on each tube. From this point the sample is tracked — scanning it anywhere in the system opens the right patient instantly, eliminating mix-ups.
Result entry and verification
In the Results screen, scan the barcode or pick from the pending list. Enter values — abnormal results highlight automatically, and the previous result appears alongside for comparison.
A second user with verification rights reviews and approves. Only verified results can be printed, keeping errors from ever reaching a doctor's desk.
Printing the report
Verified results print on your customized letterhead with signatures and a QR verification code. Reprints are logged; every report can be traced to who printed it and when.
