Learn the daily workflow: registering a patient, creating an OPD token, recording the doctor's visit, and printing the invoice.
From the Reception screen, press F2 or click 'New Patient'. Enter the name, age, gender, and phone number — everything else is optional and can be completed later.
The system assigns a permanent patient number. Returning patients are found instantly by name, phone, or number.
With the patient selected, choose the doctor and press 'Create Token'. The token prints automatically with the queue number, and the patient appears on the doctor's screen.
Consultation fees post to the patient's invoice automatically based on the doctor's fee settings.
Doctors see their queue in real time. Selecting a patient opens the visit screen: complaints, diagnosis, prescriptions, and lab orders — each saved to the patient's permanent record.
Prescriptions print on the clinic's letterhead, and lab orders flow directly to the laboratory module.
All charges — consultation, procedures, laboratory, pharmacy — collect on one invoice. The cashier takes payment, applies any discount (with permission), and prints the receipt.
At the end of the shift, the cashier runs Shift Closing to reconcile cash against the system total. Managers see the full day on the dashboard.
